Slow but efficient

I contacted Agricast recently looking for some odd sized plain discs for an imported disc harrow, it turned out the exact size I was after was out of stock and quite rare. However ,unlike others I had tried,Agricast didn't just say "we don't do them__bye " .Instead they went the extra mile and rang around their contacts until they managed to source what I needed. Not long after my discs were delivered nicely wrapped on a pallet. The icing on the cake was that they turned out to be a decent brand name too at a very competitive price, not Chinese tat. I'm so glad I gave them a ring_ I just wish I'd rang them first and saved some time. Customer service 5 stars at Agricast. I would recommend them to anyone needing quality spares.
