We recently purchased two bridges from Tony Ward. The quality of the bridges seems to be good and we are happy with the product. That said, we were not expecting to have to assemble the bridges as much as we did. The smaller bridge was delivered with the handles detached but with bolts supplied. The larger bridge was delivered with every second board nailed in and the rest of the boards in a bundle. No nails were supplied and we had to specifically request them. To the company's credit, the nails were sent quickly after request. I suggest that the company makes it clear on their website the extent of the construction required for the bridges. Ideally I wanted to purchase finished bridges, not another DIY project.

After an hiccup caused by the delivery driver leaving table at the wrong address, table is good quality and heavy in weight so will do the job perfectly.

We are delighted with our picnic bench. It is very sturdy and well made and the wood smells lovely. Can't praise this company enough, they obviously care about their products and workmanship. Good 'old fashioned' values and customer service. We will be using this picnic bench for many years to come, it looks like it will stand the test of time. Thank you Tony Ward for providing value for money products without skimping on the quality. Can't wait for our next family gathering . We bought the 6 foot bench, it actually measures almost 7 foot and the ends are suitable for someone in a wheelchair, amazingly well thought out. We would not hesitate to recommend this company.

I wished all companies were like Tony Ward. We absolutely love the product - a solid wooden bench for a very reasonable price. Their driver helped me carrying it into the garden. Ordered a garden table .The website suggested a possible 4 week delivery but it actually came in about 10 days. The quality is superb. Its solid, well made and well finished. I imagine that this table is going to last for many, many years. It was also very easy and straightforward to assemble. All that's left for me to do is to light the barbecue and open the wine.
